Your contribution to the Louisiana Lions Eye Bank is tax deductable to the fullest extent of which the law may allow. This is a secure webpage. Your tax deductable gift will help provide state-of-the-art medical equipment; enable the Louisiana Lions Eye Bank to excell in tissue processing; continue to provide excellent service to donor families,cornea recipients, transplanting surgeons and education to the community about eye donation .

Honorariums

A contribution made to honor a special individual for a birthday, anniversary, or to honor an individual for an act of kindness. A letter of recognition will be sent to the honoree by the Louisiana Lions Eye Bank to inform them of the contribution on their behalf.

Memorials

A contribution made in memory of a deceased individual at the time of their death, their birthday, and/or an anniversary. A letter will be sent to the family of the deceased by the Louisiana Lions Eye Bank to inform the family of the contribution on behalf of their loved one.
